Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin delivers quality and professional awareness. Massage treatment was precise to my need that day. He has saunas, targeted Cryotherapy and red light therapy. Also exercise/wellness trainer equipment. There are alot of options for everyone's needs. A great space with a relaxing atmosphere.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin has created a clean and relaxing atmosphere in his space located right down town. He offers a great, professional, and fair priced massage. I did the 60 min pregnancy massage and would absolutely recommend to all pregnant mamas. He was very attentive to areas I had identified prior to massage and areas he was able to identify during.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The massage room & music was calming and allowed me to clear my mind quickly. Kevin applied the prefect amount of pressure to work out the knots in my muscles, and I felt more flexible after as a result. I will return for another session soon.

A session tuned to your body, not a script.

Each appointment starts with a quick intake so Kevin understands what is feeling stuck, sore, or stressed. From there the work blends Swedish-style strokes with deeper, targeted pressure where it is needed. You set the pace; the table stays warm and quiet throughout.

We are five minutes from downtown parking and a short drive from Box Elder, Black Hawk, Summerset, Piedmont and Ellsworth AFB.

Eases muscle tension

Rolling, kneading and percussion techniques soften tight areas and restore comfortable movement.

A calm pace and predictable pressure give your nervous system a real break from the day.

Supports flexibility

Relaxed tissue moves more freely, so everyday motion feels easier and less guarded.
